HSE Invest prepared the complete design documentation - design for obtaining a building permit (PGD), detailed design (PZI), as-build design (PID) and the operation and maintenance instructions (NOV) - for the powerhouse with all the auxiliary equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydro mechanical) and all of the exterior arrangements, and obtained the building permit.
Borovlje SHPP is a small hydroelectric power plant located on the left bank of the Javornik dam on the Sava River, with a vertical Kaplan type turbine with installed capacity of 394 kW at installed discharge of 8 m3/s. The operating licence for the plant was obtained on 10.11.2020. The building permit was obtained on 28.2.2018.
